“I was in so much pain due to a bad tooth...I had been to 3 dentist offices out in Pueblo West and all of them were closed for some reason. I found Dr. Ross and they got me in the office on Thursday bright and early and pulled my teeth. I have never been so happy to get a tooth pulled. Dr. Ross was kind, concerned, and helpful in regards to...a new treatment plan for the future. Most importantly during my...surgery, I felt no pain while he was pulling out 2 teeth. I could not [have gone] 1 more day with that pain. Thank you, Dr. Ross and your staff going up and beyond to get me taken care of so quickly. I now have a new dentist!”

“I would have to say that this is by far one of the best dental offices I have been to. I just relocated to...Pueblo West from Ames, Iowa and had a sudden excruciating toothache. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to squeeze me into their daily busy schedule. Further, Dr. Ross and his team were kind enough to stay and work until 6 o'clock to provide me with a same-day procedure to pull out an infected tooth. I could not be more pleased with the diagnosis, skillset, and with the fact that this place truly cares about its patients. They now have me as a patient as long as I am in Colorado and I will always be grateful to Dr. Ross and his team for everything they did this afternoon. You guys are the best :)”

Not many dentists follow up with a phone call in the evening to make sure you are doing ok, but Dr. Ross does. I can't rave enough about him. He's AWESOME!!!”

“My husband suddenly needed his left wisdom teeth extracted because they had developed abscesses. They were able to work him in with on super short notice (same day)...He referred me...since we wanted to get on top of our dental health and it’s only a couple minutes down the road. The office itself is immaculate, comfortable, and very welcoming. I can have a friendly conversation with any of the staff, and they were also able to work with my insurance (my family is on Health First Colorado Medicaid program until I’m out of college). Since I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, I needed a fair amount of work: fillings and a deep cleaning. It’s all been split up into short sessions in which everyone has been extremely helpful, informative, and considerate of my comfort. Dr. Ross, Alicia, Candy, and Miss Sheila have all been great! “I like some people don't like to go to the dentist but I had awful tooth pain. Called them and they got me in the same day. The Dr. and his staff took great care of me. As he was working on me he was telling me what he was doing and asking the whole time if I was doing ok. They also knew me by name when I walked in the door. They have a really good time there and with everyone that's there too. I have been telling my family and friends about them and will always. They make me feel very comfortable there not scared like other dentists do. So want to thank you guys for making me feel at ease and not scared out of my mind.”
